I led this 75-minute spin class on Saturday. Seventy. Five. Minutes. Straight up. Chris and me mum were there. They’re rock stars. Then I adapted it into a 45-minute class that I subbed today and thought I’d post both versions here.

Highlight song for this workout was, without a doubt, Ain’t No Mountain. Good song to follow a massive climb. No kidding, a row of eight women were holding hands and singing aloud. It was like a karaoke party up in there.
