Heads Will Roll – Indoor Cycling Playlist (60 min.)

I led this 60-minute indoor cycling class yesterday and it was HARD WORK! My very fine, very fit loverman was bushed. Mission accomplished. These are all awesome tunes! Enjoy

WARM UP:

STAGE 1: Alternating sprints & jumps at varying intensities

  • Bang Bang by K’NAAN feat. Adam Levine
  • Black Math by The White Stripes
  • Reptilia by The Strokes

RECOVERY OR TEMPO RIDE:

STAGE 2: Epic hill with increasing intensity, standing/seated hill pushes and a downhill run at the end

RECOVERY OR TEMPO RIDE:

STAGE 3: High intensity pushes/standing sprints and a down pyramid at the end

COOL DOWN:

Special note on that song by Kate Earl—it just makes me happy. You can’t listen to it and not smile. I challenge you. If you’ve not yet been introduced to her, you’re welcome. Smile
